Facilitated by Bridget Meranda

  • Bridget Meranda, MSW, LCSW, RPT, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Registered Play Therapist who provides individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Bridget completed her undergraduate degree at Minot State University in North Dakota and Master’s degree at the University of North Dakota.

  • Bridget has specialized training to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Within her play therapy practice, she provides a variety of play modalities that include Adlerian, Child Centered Play Therapy, and other direct and non-direct play therapy modalities. She works with a variety of challenging areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, Complex PTSD, grief and loss, self-harming behavior, anger management, ADHD, and other behavioral management needs.

  • Bridget is also a certified Aroma Freedom Practitioner. She utilizes essential oils in combination with therapeutic principles to assist in improving negative thoughts, feelings, and memories.
