2. Learn the difference between 211 and 988 and when each line is used.

3. Understand what callers can expect when they reach out to FirstLink.

4. Recognize the common reasons individuals contact the helplines.

5. Learn how FirstLink supports callers through listening, resource referrals, crisis intervention, and safety planning.

6. Become familiar with follow-up options like the Care & Support Program.
