Our Work

ND HOPES (North Dakota Healthcare, Opportunity, Prevention and Education in Suicide) is a CDC-funded partnership between the University of North Dakota and NORC at the University of Chicago focused on strengthening suicide prevention efforts across North Dakota, with an emphasis on western North Dakota and populations disproportionately affected by suicide.Through collaboration with schools, health care providers, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community partners, ND HOPES works to expand prevention, education, outreach, and data-informed strategies statewide.
